  • 1 Limón (juiced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Season the bacalao with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Crush the pistachios and mix them with a bit of olive oil.
  4. Cover the bacalao with the pistachio mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the bacalao is cooked and the crust is golden.
  6. For the mango salsa, mix the cubed mango, lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the bacalao with the mango salsa on top.
