Quick and easy keto-friendly garlic bagels made with coconut and almond flour.
Ingredients

- 2 cups coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Hot water (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and olive oil, and mix until a uniform dough forms.
- Incorporate minced garlic and mix again.
- If the dough is too dry, add a little hot water.
- Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape into bagels.
- Place bagels on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
