Instructions
- Peel and slice the apples thinly.
- Place the apples in a large bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla, and mix well.
- Stir in the flour and cinnamon, mixing gently to avoid lumps.
- Pour the mixture over the apples in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 35-40 minutes until golden.
