Description

Ingredients

  • 200 ml nata para cocinar (cooking cream)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Salt to taste
  • A dash of nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat until liquid but not brown.
  2. Slowly sprinkle in the flour while stirring with a wooden spoon until silky smooth.
  3. Gradually add the nata para cocinar while whisking to avoid lumps.
  4. Mix in the black pepper evenly.
  5. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg, stirring well.
  6. Let it simmer on low heat for about three minutes.

Notes
