Ingredients

- 500 g mozzarella cheese (cubed into 2 cm pieces)
- 80 g fine breadcrumbs
- 40 g flour
- 2 eggs (approximately 100 g)
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Peanut oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Roll each mozzarella cube in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat peanut oil in a saucepan or fryer to 170°C.
- Fry the coated mozzarella cubes in small batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and place on absorbent paper to drain.
- Serve hot and enjoy your crispy mozzarella bites.
Notes
Ensure the oil is hot enough to avoid soggy bites. Fry in small batches for best results.
