Description

Delicious and easy-to-make crispy mozzarella bites that are perfect for snacking or parties.


Ingredients

  • 500 g mozzarella cheese (cubed into 2 cm pieces)
  • 80 g fine breadcrumbs
  • 40 g flour
  • 2 eggs (approximately 100 g)
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Peanut oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Roll each mozzarella cube in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Heat peanut oil in a saucepan or fryer to 170°C.
  4. Fry the coated mozzarella cubes in small batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on absorbent paper to drain.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your crispy mozzarella bites.

Notes

Ensure the oil is hot enough to avoid soggy bites. Fry in small batches for best results.
