Ingredients

- 500 grams chicken (breast or thigh)
- 2 bell peppers (one red and one green)
- 1 red onion
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into medium cubes.
- Wash and cut the peppers, onion, and zucchini into pieces similar to the chicken.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken and vegetables. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Thread the ingredients onto wooden skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables for a colorful display.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store cooked skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months.
