Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken (breast or thigh)
  • 2 bell peppers (one red and one green)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into medium cubes.
  2. Wash and cut the peppers, onion, and zucchini into pieces similar to the chicken.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken and vegetables. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Thread the ingredients onto wooden skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables for a colorful display.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store cooked skewers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months.
