Description
A delicious and refreshing dessert combining the creaminess of condensed milk with the freshness of lemon.
Ingredients

			- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1 package of Maria cookies
- Sliced lemon for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk and evaporated milk.
- Gradually add the lemon juice and mix until homogeneous.
- In a mold, place a layer of Maria cookies at the bottom.
- Pour a layer of the lemon mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the process alternating layers of cookies and the mixture until the mold is full.
- Finish with a layer of the lemon mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
- If desired, decorate with lemon slices before serving.
Notes
Serve cold and cut into portions. Decorate with lemon slices or mint leaves for a fresh touch. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
