Description

Ingredients

  • 200 g canned tuna
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the canned tuna in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Add the cream cheese, fresh cream, lemon juice, and mustard to the bowl.
  3. Mix everything well until smooth and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate the Tuna Cream for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh chives before serving.
