Description

A quick and healthy light dressing for salads and raw veggies that is both tangy and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or dill, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon juice, and honey if using. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the olive oil and whisk until blended.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped herbs if desired and stir again.
  4. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to let flavors mingle.
  5. Serve over salads or as a dip for fresh veggies.

Notes

For best flavor, let the dressing chill before serving. Can be made vegan by swapping Greek yogurt for plant-based yogurt.
