Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 100g feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into large chunks.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and crumble feta cheese on top.
  6. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.
