- 30 ml vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the fresh ingredients.
- Smash the garlic and parsley in a mortar until integrated.
- Gradually add the olive oil and vinegar while mixing.
- Toss in the chopped green peppers and blend until fully combined.
- Season with salt to taste.
