- 150 ml crema líquida
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 clove garlic (minced, optional)
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Grate the cheese finely.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté the garlic until golden and fragrant (optional).
- Add the flour to the pan to form a roux, cooking for about two minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the crema líquida until smooth.
- Add the grated cheese gradually, stirring until melted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
- Serve warm over your favorite snacks.
Notes
For a lighter sauce, substitute half-and-half or milk for the crema líquida. Adjust seasoning and try different cheeses for variety.
