Scale
- 454 grams chicken wings, well dried
- 1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 80 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
- 113 grams unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C.
- Cover a baking tray with aluminum foil and place a rack over it, sprayed with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, olive oil, and baking powder.
- Add the wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Arrange the coated wings on the rack in a single layer.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, combine the lemon-pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and melted butter.
- Once the wings are done, let them cool slightly before transferring them to another bowl.
- Pour the butter mixture over the wings and mix until evenly coated.
- Return the wings to the rack for a few minutes to let them shed excess butter.
- Serve on a platter, sprinkled with fresh parsley and with ranch dressing on the side.
Notes
For best results, ensure wings are well dried before baking and avoid overcrowding on the rack.
