Ingredients

- 300 g canned tuna in water (about 2 cans)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon capers (rinsed and drained)
- 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 lemon (juice only)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
- Q.S. salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Drain the tuna and add it to a food processor.
- Add the cream cheese, crème fraîche, capers, garlic, lemon juice, and basil.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a container, cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
Avoid overmixing and ensure the tuna is well-drained to prevent sogginess. Chill for best flavor.
