- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and then add melted butter, minced garlic, mozzarella, and parsley.
- Combine the dry and wet mixtures until well integrated.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the pan and serving.

Pairs well with soups, salads, or just on its own. Feel free to add herbs for extra flavor.
