Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and then add melted butter, minced garlic, mozzarella, and parsley.
  4. Combine the dry and wet mixtures until well integrated.
  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and firm to the touch.
  7. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan and serving.
