Description

Crispy, golden potatoes infused with fresh garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese, all made effortlessly in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 23 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 23 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a variation, use sweet potatoes or try garlic powder instead of fresh garlic.
