Description
Crispy, golden potatoes infused with fresh garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese, all made effortlessly in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2–3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 2–3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a variation, use sweet potatoes or try garlic powder instead of fresh garlic.
