  • 450 g smoked turkey sausage (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the potato slices and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the onion slices with the potatoes and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the smoked turkey sausage slices to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste; mix everything together.
  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and mix everything one final time.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute the potatoes for sweet potatoes and experiment with different types of sausage or onions depending on your preference.
