- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the grated Parmesan and mix well.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- (Optional) Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, make sure not to overcrowd the baking tray. Feel free to customize with your favorite spices.
