Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan and mix well.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
