- 1 yolk
- 90 g all-purpose flour
- 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 60 g classic dulce de leche
- 30 g semi-sweet chocolate
- 15 g butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar until creamy.
- Add the yolk and mix well.
- Incorporate the flour and cocoa, mixing until combined.
- Add the dulce de leche and melted semi-sweet chocolate.
- Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add chopped nuts or almonds. Serve with ice cream or drizzle with melted chocolate.
