Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Mix well.
  2. Squeeze the juice of the limes over the mixture.
  3. Add salt to taste and mix again.
