- 2 dientes de ajo picados
- 3 cebollines cortados
- 80 g zanahorias en tiras
- 100 g brócoli en ramilletes
- 150 g pimientos en tiras
- 450 g pechuga de pollo cortada en tiras finas
- 15 ml de aceite de vegetal
- 200 g de fideos chow mein
- 120 ml de caldo de pollo
- 10 g de maicena
- 15 ml de aceite de sésamo
- 15 ml de salsa de ostras
- 30 ml de salsa de soya
Instructions
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped garlic and green onions to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until crisp.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Integrate the cooked noodles into the pan, stirring to combine. Serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp if desired. Make sure to preheat the pan for better cooking results.
