  • 1 Chile pasilla
  • 2 Dientes de ajo
  • 1 Cebolla
  • Fresh epazote
  • Tortillas de maíz
  • Queso fresco
  • Crema

Instructions

  1. In a pot, boil the tomato broth with pasilla chile, garlic, and onion until well cooked.
  2. Add fresh epazote at the end of cooking.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the corn tortillas into strips and fry them until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve the hot broth in a deep plate, adding the fried tortilla strips on top.
  5. Garnish with pieces of queso fresco and a drizzle of cream to taste.
