- Caldo de pollo (chicken stock)
- Chile guajillo
- Ajo (garlic)
- Cebolla (onion)
- Jitomate (tomato)
- Aceite (oil)
- Sal al gusto (salt to taste)
Instructions
- In a pot, heat a bit of oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic until golden.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until blended.
- Incorporate the hydrated and ground chile guajillo.
- Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
- Add the fideos and cook on medium heat until tender.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
