Description

  • Chile guajillo
  • Ajo (garlic)
  • Cebolla (onion)
  • Jitomate (tomato)
  • Aceite (oil)
  • Sal al gusto (salt to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat a bit of oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic until golden.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until blended.
  3. Incorporate the hydrated and ground chile guajillo.
  4. Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the fideos and cook on medium heat until tender.
  6. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
