Ingredients
- Fideos (your favorite type that doesn’t fall apart easily)
- Nopales (canned or fresh)
- Caldo de Puré de Tomate Condimentado Del Fuerte®
- Chicharrón (for a crunchy touch)
- Queso panela
- Cilantro
- Aguacate
Instructions
- Cook the noodles in the seasoned tomato broth. Bring water to a boil, add the broth, and then the noodles. Stir and let cook.
- Add the nopales and cook for a few minutes until warmed through.
- Serve the soup in a deep plate, making it look nice.
- Top with chicharrón, queso panela, cilantro, and avocado to taste.
Notes
Avoid using less broth; it results in a dry soup. Don’t skip the avocado, it enhances your dining experience.
