Description

  • Caldo de Puré de Tomate Condimentado Del Fuerte®
  • Chicharrón (for a crunchy touch)
  • Queso panela
  • Cilantro
  • Aguacate

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in the seasoned tomato broth. Bring water to a boil, add the broth, and then the noodles. Stir and let cook.
  2. Add the nopales and cook for a few minutes until warmed through.
  3. Serve the soup in a deep plate, making it look nice.
  4. Top with chicharrón, queso panela, cilantro, and avocado to taste.

Notes

Avoid using less broth; it results in a dry soup. Don’t skip the avocado, it enhances your dining experience.
