Ingredients

- 65 grams all-purpose flour (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 75 grams sugar (1/3 cup)
- 14 grams cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 15 ml white vinegar (1 tbsp)
- 85 ml liquid milk
- 25 grams egg (1/2 egg)
- 25 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the white vinegar, milk, egg, and oil.
- Mix well until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
- Pour into a greased mold and bake at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before unmolding and serving.
Notes
Serve alone or with whipped cream or ice cream. Decorate with fresh fruit or sprinkle with powdered sugar for a special touch.
