Description

A quick and delicious Tortellini Alfredo with chicken that makes you feel like a star chef!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 9 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Lower the heat and add the chopped garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for one more minute.
  4. Add the tortellini directly to the skillet and add enough water to slightly cover them.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook over medium heat until the tortellini are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
